At MTK Fish, we take great care to ensure that every product leaves our facility in perfect condition. Each order is thoroughly inspected, sealed, and approved before dispatch.

However, we are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery, as these are handled by independent logistics providers. If a product arrives crushed or squashed, it is likely due to mishandling by the courier and not a reflection of our product quality.

We strongly advise customers to inspect their package at the point of delivery and follow up directly with the courier in cases of obvious physical damage.
